Fulfillment Policy

K.R.D. Collective Holdings provides business consulting, strategic planning, administrative support, project support, and related professional services. This Fulfillment Policy explains how services are delivered, processed, fulfilled, and supported.

1. Service Delivery

All services provided by K.R.D. Collective Holdings are delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email communication

  • Virtual meetings

  • Phone consultations

  • Secure digital document delivery

  • Online collaboration platforms

  • Digital reports and recommendations

Unless otherwise stated, no physical products are shipped.

2. Order Processing

After payment has been successfully processed, customers will typically receive:

  • A payment confirmation email

  • Service onboarding instructions, if applicable

  • Scheduling information for consultations or meetings

  • Estimated delivery timelines for purchased services

Orders are generally reviewed and processed within 24–48 business hours.

3. Service Fulfillment Timelines

Fulfillment timelines may vary depending on project complexity, service type, client responsiveness, and scheduling availability.

Typical service timelines include:

  • Initial consultations: Scheduled within 1–3 business days

  • Business consulting services: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days

  • Administrative support services: Timeline determined by project scope

  • Custom projects and enterprise engagements: Timeline provided individually during onboarding

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure timely service delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Supplying requested documents and materials promptly

  • Participating in scheduled consultations or meetings

  • Responding to information requests in a timely manner

Delays caused by incomplete information, missed meetings, or lack of client communication may affect fulfillment timelines.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before purchasing services. Refund requests are evaluated according to the terms outlined in that policy.

Completed consultations, delivered digital materials, completed services, and finalized project deliverables are generally non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Customers may request cancellation before services begin. Once work, consultations, scheduling, research, project preparation, or service delivery has commenced, cancellation requests may be subject to charges for work already completed.

7. Service Availability

Services are subject to availability, scheduling capacity, operational requirements, and applicable legal restrictions.

K.R.D. Collective Holdings reserves the right to decline, postpone, suspend, or terminate services when necessary to comply with legal obligations, business policies, or operational requirements.

Service-related communications will generally be delivered through:

Customers are responsible for monitoring the contact information provided during the purchase process.
