No physical products are shipped unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated service fulfillment timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project and customer responsiveness.

Digital business services: Delivered within 3–7 business days
Custom or enterprise projects: Timeline provided individually during onboarding
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Delays caused by missing information or customer non-responsiveness may impact fulfillment timelines.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation before services begin.
Once work, consultations, or project preparation has started, cancellation requests may be subject to partial charges based on completed work and administrative time.
