Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing K.R.D. Collective Holdings. We are committed to providing professional consulting, administrative support, strategic planning, and business support services.
Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or booking services.
Consulting Services
Payments made for consultations, business consulting services, strategic planning sessions, administrative support services, and project-based engagements are generally non-refundable once services have been provided.
Initial Consultations
Consultation fees are due at the time of booking.
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a credit or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.
Ongoing or Customized Services
For ongoing consulting engagements, administrative support services, or customized projects:
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Partial refunds may be considered only for services that have been paid for but have not yet been performed.
Completed work, delivered reports, strategy sessions, consultations, recommendations, administrative services, and finalized project deliverables are non-refundable.
Any expenses incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable materials, templates, guides, worksheets, forms, checklists, digital resources, and other electronic content are final.
No refunds will be issued once digital products have been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available to the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Subscription Services
If subscription-based services are offered:
Clients may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the client to a refund for services already delivered or billing periods already charged.
Access to subscription services may continue through the end of the current billing period.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate billing concerns and, if an error is confirmed, issue an appropriate correction or refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and promptly whenever possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Policy Changes
K.R.D. Collective Holdings reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
